Hartmut Goldau has more than 34 years of practical experience across real estate sales, property assessment, valuation, renovation, transaction processes, seller preparation and buyer communication.

He was raised in a family closely connected to construction and real estate. Early exposure to building substance, construction details, defects, renovation work and property decisions became the foundation for his own professional path.

His experience includes approximately 1,500 transaction-related cases, more than 20,000 conversations with buyers and sellers, and practical involvement in the renovation or construction of more than 100 residential units.

Today, he brings this experience to Malta and Gozo through Property Decision Support. His role is not to broker the property or close the transaction. His role is to help one side understand the property situation, prepare stronger questions and make a more structured decision.
